Observation

During the inspection of Provider's MERIT page, Licensor Harris observed the following is missing for staff members. Staff members with initials SY, TY and, CS have not completed the following trainings within three months of the date this section became effective: Preventing Child Abuse and Neglect training, Emergency Preparedness Training, Shaken baby syndrome/abusive head trauma training, Experiencing homelessness training, Medication Management Training. Staff member CS has not completed Bloodborne Pathogens training (1) During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed First Aid and CPR training is missing for the following staff member with initial CS (11)(a) During the inspection, Licensor Harris reviewed MERIT page, the following staff member has not completed the following training within 3 months of hire date: Childcare Basic training (3) During the inspection, Licensor Harris observed Safe Sleep training is missing for staff members with initials: SY, TY, CS (8)(c)
